The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Received the return we will verify the perfect integrity of the goods, after which we will proceed to the refund within and no more than 30 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to the following address within and no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products: orders@hairprocosmetics.com . The following shall be indicated in the email:

1. articles for which we want to use the right of withdrawal;

2. the order number;

3. the data where to receive the refund: IBAN of your bank account, PayPal address or more.

IMPORTANT: You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that were opened after delivery!!! ! !

The returned items must be:

properly packed in their original packaging;

in perfect state of sale, as new and absolutely not ruined, damaged and/or dirty. Moreover, provided with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation varies;

cosmetic products should not be opened and/or used, without manifest signs of use.

For any type of return IDEA Partners Sagl, before accepting the return, reserves the right to ask for photos to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the item you want to make.

The customer must carry out such shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he sent the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

NOTE:

  • For the return and shipment of the goods the Customer is free to use a courier of his own choice, of which he will support the costs;
  • the responsibility of the goods, for damages, theft and/or loss, during the shipment of return are to the Customer;
  • In case of damage due to transport during the return phase, IDEA Partners Sagl will send to the Customer, within and not more than 5 working days from receipt of the return, a communication to allow the Customer to make the appropriate complaint to the carrier used for transport;
  • The damaged goods will be made available for the return, at the expense of the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.

Reclaims

Where There was an error in the order or shipment or the product received had been damaged or defective, the Customer may request the goods change or refund within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the same (the date of receipt will be verified on the carrier portal).

If the product received does not conform to the ordered one, you can ask for free change with the desired product, or other of equal amount.

The product sent incorrectly will be withdrawn at the expense of IDEA Partners Sagl by the courier in charge that will be communicated to the Customer.

The complaint must be sent by e-mail to orders@hairprocosmetics.com. In the email, the Customer must indicate the following:

  • the place of withdrawal of the products to return;
  • date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT: The items must be returned intact in the original package, properly packed. No complaints will be accepted on products that are still open or used!

The complaint, as a complaint, can only be scheduled once. In case of unsuccessful collection, the shipment for the return of the goods will be borne by the Customer.

Photographic evidence may be required for insurance purposes.

Partial refunds or discount vouchers may also be offered.

In case of non-acceptance, at the time of delivery, of a properly processed order and already paid the refund will be deducted of the forwarding expenses.

HPC S.r.l. does not make refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the Customer feels an allergic reaction presumably due to the use of a product, it must immediately cease its use. IDEA Partners Sagl is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the products, as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which it is allergic and must always read the explanatory sheet/bujardino of the same containing the instructions, modalty of use and the ingredients.
