Shipping

Shipments, subject to several agreements, will be made using couriers defined by HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics. The goods travel at our own risk.

In case of theft and/or loss of HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics will send a new product and, if the item is no longer available or sold out, it will propose to the Customer an equivalent product, with the ability of the customer not to accept this new product and request its refund.

In the event that the courier has been chosen by the Customer, HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage of the product since the same is entrusted to the carrier.

The products provided must be paid with Credit Card, PayPal, Early Bank Transfer or Mark (draw rights € 4.50 in cash at delivery).

The products purchased on HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics will be delivered throughout Italy in 24/48 working hours, except for Sicily, Sardinia where the delivery is scheduled within 48/72 working hours and for the smaller islands and the troubled areas where the delivery is scheduled within 48/96 working hours, from the receipt and payment of the order.

To receive the products quickly and comfortably and to prevent your shipment from being delayed for reasons of decency, we recommend to indicate an address where someone is always present or where there is a person of trust who can withdraw your package.

In this case, you must indicate, in addition to your generalities, the name of the place of delivery or the name of the person in charge to withdraw your parcel.

We invite you, moreover, for a precise and punctual delivery, to always indicate a telephone contact working.

In case your shipment goes to jail, the customer service of HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics will be at your disposal to give the new delivery instructions to the courier.

Delivery times are always indicative.

We cannot guarantee delivery times as many variables can affect the timing and many of these cannot in any way be attributable to HPC Hair Pro Cosmetics (dishes, atmospheric events, special holidays etc.).

They will not be able and will therefore not be accepted claims of compensation if these times will not be respected.

Corriere BRT € 5,90 Terraferma (No Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Minor Islands).

The delivery will be carried out by BRT express courier.

DELIVERY TIMES 2/3 working days.
The order will be delivered to you at the shipping address indicated on the order.
If not found at the delivery address, BRT will leave a paper alert of attempted delivery.
On the notice you will find the BRT code with which, from the site of the courier BRT, you can plan:
- a new delivery to the same address;
- a new delivery, at another address;
- the withdrawal of the order at the branch BRT.
  At the third attempt of delivery the courier will open the deposit.

Corriere BRT ITALIA for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Minor Islands € 6,90.

The delivery will be carried out by BRT express courier.

The order will be delivered to you at the shipping address indicated on the order.
If not found at the delivery address, BRT will leave a paper alert of attempted delivery. On the notice you will find the BRT code with which, from the site of the courier BRT, you can plan:

a new delivery, at another address;
the withdrawal of the order at the branch BRT.

Corriere DHL EXPRESS ITALY € 11,90 Terraferma, Sicily, Sardinia and Minor Islands.

The delivery will be made by DHL.

DELIVERY TIMES 1/2 working days.
The order will be delivered to you at the shipping address indicated on the order.
If not found at the delivery address, DHL will again try the delivery, up to a maximum of 15 delivery attempts after which, the courier will return the parcel to the sender.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE TARIFF ONLY EUROPE

Corriere DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE from € 22,90.

The delivery will be made by DHL.

DELIVERY TIMES 2/3 working days.
The order will be delivered to you at the shipping address indicated on the order.
If not found at the delivery address, DHL will again try the delivery, up to a maximum of 15 delivery attempts, after which the courier will return the parcel to the sender.

IMPORTANT: INTERNATIONAL SHIPTS IN EEC EXTRA COUNTRIES

For orders from EXTRA EEC countries, customs duties, customs duties, taxes and import duties shall be charged to the customer. All costs resulting from these operations will be charged to the person who receives the delivery of the order. We are unable to inform you in advance of these additional costs.
