Eugene Perma Solaris Toner has a short application time: 5 to 10 minutes.
The toner does not run and therefore allows for precise application.
Preparation:
Use with Eugene Perma Oxycrem 5 volumes. 30ml of toner per 60ml of oxycream (1 + 2).
Application:
Apply to dry, unwashed hair with aluminium foil, wick paper, comb or paddle.
Application time:
5 to 10 minutes depending on the intensity of the desired reflection. Rinse thoroughly and wash hair with Keratin Essentiel Post Color shampoo or Collection Nature Post colouring shampoo.
