Use the powder with Oxycrem Eugene Perma

Mix in a ratio of 1 + 15, or 1 + 1 to 1 + 2 with Oxycrem 10V, 20V and 30V

For optimum highlights, impregnate the hair using a backing

Leave on for 10 to 50 minutes, monitoring regularly

Rinse with water, then apply Solaris neutralising milk
